About the event
Join me as we step outside the studio and explore EN PLEIN AIR.
This playday takes us out of the studio and into the beautiful Lynford Arboretum, where we’ll observe and discover the world around us in a completely new way.
It’s all about individual exploration - walking, photographing, finding patterns, and sketching as we reconnect our eyes to the world through a creative lens. Using viewfinders to focus on the details, we’ll capture moments you might never have noticed before, sparking fresh inspiration and new discoveries.
Get ready to slow down, pay attention and explore the beauty of nature, and come together to tell your story through art!
Materials & Clothing
Basic materials are provided but please bring any materials you have and wear clothes you don't mind getting messy!
Location & Parking
Lynford Arboretum is located in the beautiful Norfolk countryside. The easiest way to reach this location is by car. Free, off-road parking with full accessibility is available for all visitors. For more information please visit their website.
Experience
The purpose of playday is simple: to inspire creativity in everyone. It is an open space to everyone, regardless of experience.
We all have an inner artist, and this isn’t about what you know or how much experience you have - it’s about the joy of creating and expressing yourself. All you need is the desire to make something and have fun!
