Return Policy

At Victoria McDonnell, we are committed to ensuring that you are fully satisfied with your new artwork.

 

Refund Eligibility

If an original painting does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a refund. To initiate a refund, please follow the steps outlined below:

1. Contact Us:

• Email us at victoriamcdonnellart@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your artwork. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

​2. Approval:

• Once we receive your email, we will review your request and provide further instructions.

Return Process

1. Packaging:

• Carefully repack the artwork in its original packaging. Ensure that the packaging is secure to prevent any damage during transit.

2. Shipping: 

• Arrange for the return delivery using the same service that was used for the initial shipment. The return shipment must be insured and have full tracking.

3. Buyer Responsibility:

• Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items damaged during return transit due to inadequate packing will also be the responsibility of the buyer.

Refund Processing

Upon receiving the returned artwork in its original condition, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

 

Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your painting arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a photograph of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Depending on the situation, we may arrange for a return of the damaged item within 14 days or provide a refund without the need for return. If a return is necessary, we will provide instructions on how to return the damaged item. Once the damaged item has been returned, we will process your refund within 14 days.

 

Overseas Returns

At this time, we are unable to offer a refund or return on any product(s) sent outside of the UK.

 

Gift Cards

Provided gift cards have not been used, you have 14 days to cancel the purchase. Once we receive the cancellation request, we will deactivate the gift card and you will receive a refund within 14 days. To do so, please email us at victoriamcdonnellart@gmail.com.
