Through a series of engaging exercises you'll learn how to:
Create smooth value transitions and master shading techniques
Use contrast effectively to make your artwork more dynamic
Control colour values to enhance depth and composition
Get ready to let go, experiment, and embrace the joy of creating as we learn, explore and create together!
Materials & Clothing
Basic materials are provided but please bring any materials you have and wear clothes you don't mind getting messy!
Location & Parking
The Barn Studio is located at my home in the beautiful West Norfolk countryside. The easiest way to reach the studio is by car. Free, secure, off-road parking with full accessibility is available for all visitors.
Experience
The purpose of playday is simple: to inspire creativity in everyone. It is an open space to everyone, regardless of experience.
We all have an inner artist, and this isn’t about what you know or how much experience you have - it’s about the joy of creating and expressing yourself. All you need is the desire to make something and have fun!
